Return, Exchange & Credit Note Policy

At Chhaap Tilak, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange

Unboxing Proof
• An unboxing video (preferred) or clear photographs of the product and packaging are mandatory
to raise a return or exchange request.
• The proof must clearly show the condition of the product upon delivery.
• Please share the proof with us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Credit Note
• We offer 100% hassle-free returns in the form of a Credit Note only.
• No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• Credit Notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on any future
purchase

Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are accepted for regular sizes only, subject to availability.
• Custom-size orders are non-exchangeable but may be altered where applicable.
• Exchange requests are accepted only if the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Shipping Charges
• Reverse pickup service is not available. Customers are requested to courier the product back to us.
• For exchanges due to size issues, change of preference, or not liking the product, the customer is responsible for:
• Shipping the product back to us.
• Shipping charges for dispatching the exchanged product back to the customer.
• If the product received is damaged or defective, Chhaap Tilak will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

One-Time Return & Exchange
• Only one return or exchange request is permitted per order. Once a return has been processed or an exchange has been completed, the same order will not be eligible for any further return, exchange, or Credit Note.

Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
