At Chhaaptilak, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- You may request a return and refund within 72 hours from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Picture Proof Requirement:
- To initiate a return, you must provide picture proof of opening the package and inspecting the product. This picture should clearly demonstrate the condition of the product upon arrival, including any defects or damage.
- The picture should be sent to our customer support team at chhaaptilak@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return/Refund Process:
Exchanges only, no refunds or returns.
We don't do refund, we only provide credit notes for return / refund orders.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- No returns or refunds for discounted items.
- We are not responsible for return shipping losses.
- Customer bears the shipping cost for size exchanges.
- We do not offer return pickups; you must self-ship.
- Exchange items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact.
- We only accept exchanges for regular sizes. Custom sizes are non-exchangeable but can be altered.
- After receiving and verifying the video proof, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original packaging and covering the shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or replacement.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
